Carbone's Pizzeria is a family owned business with locations in Greece, North Greece, Hilton, and Alden.
It all began when a family relative, Domenic Carbone, who opened the very first Carbone's in Buffalo in 1978, suggested our family go into the pizza business. After careful thought and consideration, we opened our first location on Dewey Avenue in 1984. After the first few very successful years, our second Greece location was opened on North Greece Rd. in 1987. Further expansion includes a location in Alden, NY in 1990, and our fourth location in the Village of Hilton opened in 2007.
We were the first to bring to our area the popular pizza and wing combinations we call PAKS, and are also the original home of Pizza Nite specials!
Carbone's uses only the finest ingredients for our brick oven baked pizzas, mouthwatering subs, and original buffalo style chicken wings. Our dough and sauce are made fresh daily on the premises and our wings are always fresh, never frozen.

Dewey Avenue:Located in the heart of Greece, NY, our original location opened right here in 1984. Originally about one sixth it's size, we expanded over the years to accommodate our growth, and what has been a mainstay for so many loyal Carbone's customers for over 40 years!
North Greece Rd:Our North Greece location has been serving the west side of Greece and Hilton since 1987! Our open kitchen allows you to watch your brick oven baked pizza come out of the oven and into your box. Fresh and Hot, Quality pizza and wings!
Hilton:Located right in the Village of Hilton, we have been part of the community since 2007. We offer dine-in or carry out here. Full sub menu and slices all day! Our pizza and wing combos are sure to be a hit for any occasion.
